We run courses three times a year: January/February, May/June and September/October.
All of our courses consist of six lessons either over seven weeks or, in the case of Beginners, Next Step and Improvers, also as an intensive weekend course.
The Beginners courses are cumulative and you should therefore aim to attend the whole of this course if at all possible; it is fine to attend specific lessons from the other courses. Please note that all courses/lessons should be booked in advance.
All of our courses are designed by Andrew McIntosh. You do not have to be a member of the club to enrol on a course at the Acol, but it is cheaper if you are. Click here to find out about membership details.
Our beginners courses:
The price of our daytime and evening courses is £140, which includes six months free membership of the club and one complimentary supervised session.
The price of weekend courses are £150, which includes six months free membership of the club, lunch on both days and one complimentary supervised session.
Our weekday courses:
£140 course or £25 per lesson
£180 course or £30 per lesson
Our weekend courses:
£150 for Members (includes lunch on both days)
£180 for Non Members (includes lunch on both days)
All lessons consist of a mixture of teaching and prepared hands; comprehensive notes are given out at the end.
